When you visit LarsonAllen.com (the "Web Site"), LarsonAllen LLP (the "Company") does not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you specifically provide it to us. Your visit is logged by a statistics program, which keeps records of traffic on the Web Site, as well as numerical counts of visitors by domain, IP address, keywords used, browser type and other standard web measurements.

LarsonAllen eFlash Registration. If you choose to register for LarsonAllen eFlash emails on the Web Site, you need to supply us with certain required information, including your name and email address. We log and retain such information and send you emails on areas of interest you have specified. Each email contains information on how to be removed from our lists.

Seminar Registration. If you choose to register online for a seminar and provide personal information, this information may be used to prepare name tags, attendance lists and other materials for the seminar and therefore may be shared with third parties associated with the seminar.

Use of Executive Search/Candidate Personal Information.

LarsonAllen Search, LLC is an executive search firm that collects business and personal information necessary to provide its services.

Business Information Collected. In order to be able to effectively find Candidates LarsonAllen Search may request that its business clients provide business information such as: (i) Name and/or location of Business; (ii) Position available; (iii) Candidate Requirements; (iv) Salary and/or benefits offered. LarsonAllen Search may also request information pertaining to the Company's financial history.

Personal Information Collected. In order for LarsonAllen Search to provide Candidates with the services it offers, LarsonAllen Search may require Candidates to provide information that personally identifies them ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include: (i) Contact Data (such as your name, mailing and e-mail addresses); (ii) Demographic Data (such as your zip code, age and income). It may also include your career history, education history, professional experience, resume/CV, or criminal record. Candidates may communicate with us by e-mail or may otherwise submit information by completing online forms or surveys, and any information provided in any such communication or submission may be collected as Personal Information.

Acceptance of Disclosure. You are not required to disclose any information to LarsonAllen Search and, upon entering any Business Information or Personal Information on this Web site, you are agreeing to disclose this information to LarsonAllen Search for the purpose of receiving the services offered on this Web site. Because the requested Business Information or Personal Information is needed to properly assess the opportunities available, LarsonAllen Search will be unable to provide you the services offered by this Web site should you choose not to provide the requested Business Information or Personal Information.

Information Not Requested. It is LarsonAllen Search's policy to not seek any information through our Web site of a sensitive nature, unless it is legally required for recruitment purposes. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Business Information and/or Personal Information private and will not share it with non-licensee third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our Terms of Service. Your Business Information or Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by third parties.
