LarsonAllen Employee Benefits

CalendarTime off

Paid time off

We want you to enjoy what you do and keep enjoying it. Part of enjoying life is taking some necessary time off, and why not get paid for it? As an exempt employee, you will earn four weeks of paid time off per calendar year. Non-exempt employees earn three weeks per calendar year.

Paid holidays

In addition to your paid time off, we have eight firm-wide paid holidays per calendar year.

Flexible schedules and alternate work arrangements

At LarsonAllen, opportunities to advance are based on performance rather than hours worked. We offer flexible scheduling and alternate work arrangements as a way to accommodate the needs of employees who, for a variety of reasons, wish to work a reduced number of hours either on a temporary or continuing basis, or a work schedule that is different from the standard work week. Employees interested in an alternate work arrangement should speak with their supervisor.

LarsonAllen provides both short-term and long-term disability in the event of accident, injury, pregnancy, or other events.

401(k) and profit sharing

Employees are eligible to designate earning reductions into a 401(k) savings plan immediately upon hire. After one year of employment, you are eligible to take part in our profit sharing plan. Both plans offer a choice of several investment options, including IRAs and Roth IRAs.

Business casual dress

We want you to be comfortable while you are in the office. However, we still want to maintain our business-like manner. Our rule of thumb: dress a step above how your clients dress at the office.
