EFAST2New Requirements for Employee Benefit Plan

As of January 1, 2010, plan sponsors are required to file Form 5500 electronically under the Department of Labor’s final rule on annual reporting and disclosure. The rules have changed substantially with EFAST2, the new electronic filing system, specifically regarding the independent public auditors’ report. More
