Our approach

Andy Biebl, along with LarsonAllen’s agribusiness group, informally serves as a clearinghouse for farm tax practitioners nationwide who share information on tax topics and accounting matters affecting the ag industry. Along with providing tax and consulting services for small to large agribusinesses, our advisors are nationally recognized authors of farm taxation seminars and have been published by numerous publications and the AICPA.

Subscribe

Farm Tax Network communications are delivered when they are relevant, rather than on any particular schedule. You can expect approximately 10 per year. The cost for the email service is $189 for a 12-month period (price effective October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012). Download the order form.

Archive

Subscribers have access to previous releases through a web-based archive. Simply log in using the email address under which you are subscribed. Once in the archive, you can change your account settings to add a password if you so desire. You can also search releases by keyword.

Submit questions and topic suggestions

Subscribers are invited to submit farm tax questions to Cathy Olson at colson@larsonallen.com. To prevent duplicative efforts, identify any research you have conducted and relevant authorities (regulations, rulings, etc.).

Note: Questions submitted should be ag tax-related and of a general nature. We are pleased to help clarify provisions in tax law or regulations, but we cannot disclose specific client facts, make substantive determinations, or give advice that would affect a client’s tax liability [per IRS Reg. 301.7216-2(d)].
